Your Role

What you will contribute:
Be the first point of contact at the front desk and welcome all visitors
Answer our main phone line and transfer to the appropriate party
Manage the onboarding process of all new employees
Keep the kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks and paper goods
Send holiday gifts to customers recognize important milestones
Make travel arrangements for team members
Plan and oversee office events, team outings etc.
Keep the office space organized and clean
Handle personal and administrative tasks
Research speakers for company Lunch and Learns
Prepare monthly salad bar lunchesWhat you have:
Experience with work Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Experience multitasking and doing whatever it takes to get things done
Strong interpersonal skills positive and candidate do attitude
Ability to work in a proactive environment
Experience working in a hyper-growth company is a plus
Proactive problem solving skills and organizational skills


What you have:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask, problem solve and have well developed interpersonal skills
Great phone etiquette
Ability to work productively in a variety of working conditions and environments
1-2 years of administrative experience in an office environment
The obvious qualities: professional, responsible, dedicated, friendly and outgoing
Proactive problem solving skills in spades
Organization savvy. Youll have to keep track of a lot of different projects, without letting anything slip through the cracks even when you keep getting interrupted regularly
Willingness to get your hands dirty (literally). This is not the biggest part of the job, but sometimes we have to pitch in putting a desk together, replacing a light bulb, handling an office repair, or that kind of thing
