Relativity is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to join the Business Systems and Applications team. In this role, you will use your technical expertise and business acumen to build customer centric experiences across Salesforce and other key business systems. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, define development standards and best practices, and work with our product managers and delivery teams from ideation through delivery. The ideal candidate succeeds and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and thrives on being transparent, collaborative, solving the hard problems, being hands on, and providing direction, mentorship, and coaching to the team

Your Role

• Own the overall solution architecture and oversight for delivery of projects involving the Salesforce suite of business capabilities and ensure that the implemented solutions align with business requirements and outcomes
• Own the enhancements and issues of the highest complexity and strategic value where analysis of the solution and/or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including a holistic understanding of processes followed by various lines of business
• Own the application lifecycle management and development coding standards, policies, and best practices
• Foster an environment that encourages quality, productivity, creativity, and innovation
• Focus on product delivery, display an owner’s mindset and be accountable for and beyond the features you and your team develop
• Promote personal development, collaborate with your team to identify and develop the talents of each individual team member
• Build a high performing team by working with key resources to support the demands of our customers, and keeping your team’s vision aligned and focused to the bigger picture in mind
• Be the technical advisor to the business on our platform and on all aspects of software technology trends and solutions specific to their respective domain or feature set

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related area
• At least 10 years of defining, influencing and implementing enterprise solutions
• At least 5 years of proven experiencing implementing solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Community Cloud
• At least 3 years of experience in people management including talent acquisition, learning and development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team sizes of ~5 people is required
• Proficiency developing in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, D/HTML, CSS. Javascript, and other technologies
• Proficiency developing in object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as prior work with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc)
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure Cloud, SOQL, and SOSL queries
• Proven experience working in an agile environment with responsibility of defining how to get things done, providing work effort estimates, etc
• Experience working in a continuous integration environment


Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced understanding of ETL and data transformation techniques and tools with demonstrable, first hand experience on data cleansing, data mapping, data integration, and performance optimization is considered a plus
• Experience in database development projects (design complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, views) and data warehousing is considered a plus
• Experience with Tableau is considered a plus
