Cloud Infrastructure Consultant

SWC Technology Partners is searching for a full-time Cloud Infrastructure Consultant who will be responsible for the implementation of a variety of IT cloud solutions. Typical responsibilities for this role will include promoting innovative solutions within hybrid and cloud based networking, virtualization, and security infrastructure environments to implement best practices across cloud technologies.
A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate some knowledge with the implementation and/or support of hybrid environments. Cloud and/or security experience within infrastructure platforms is a plus. This candidate will exhibit a consultative communication style to clients on cloud solutions. (Willing to train with the aptitude of solid infrastructure fundamentals)

•Design, troubleshoot and implement Microsoft and other infrastructure solutions including:
•Networking, switching and routing experience required (firewall skills a plus)
•Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) and Active Directory experience is required, to include troubleshooting, design and implementation
•Virtualization experience required with Hyper-V and/or VMware
•Manage the Microsoft Suite of products to include but not limited to •Office 365, Azure, Windows Server and related cloud technologies
•Cloud Storage design and management is a plus
•General server operating system maintenance
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent business experience preferred
•2-4 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility within •Microsoft Stack
•Strong background in server virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), •Active Directory and networking is required
•Enterprise Mobility Suite experience for security, governance and centralized authentication is preferred
•Security assessment or cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) experience a plus
•Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred
•Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
•Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
•Must be open to local travel to client sites, if needed
•Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
