This role seeks an individual to advance expansion efforts to our emerging markets. Using expertise across paid, earned and owned channels, this role will develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns. Associated duties include messaging, thought leadership, media relations, online marketing, social media, events and collateral generation.

We’re looking for a self-starter to hit the ground running to be responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing marketing strategies. This position will require both a mix of strategy and execution leveraging a player-coach mentality with strong abilities in content and collateral generation to execute marketing programs that drive lead generation and new customer acquisition.

Your Role

Essential Duties/Functions

Core Responsibilities:
- Develops, executes and manages marketing campaigns for regional expanding markets to drive awareness, lead acquisition, engagement and new business development
- Leads brand market awareness efforts in expanding markets including identifying and overseeing sponsorship opportunities, events and in-market partnerships
- Identifies and owns process and system improvements for marketing and business development activities and tactics required to successfully execute campaigns
- Oversees the creation, launch, project management, scheduling and the successful deployment of marketing programs
- Generates campaign deliverables including: thought leadership content, positioning and messaging, collateral, presentation development, paid ads, and supporting materials for live/virtual events
- Manages and reports on campaign metrics across channels, providing insight to overall impact on opportunity generation and closed revenue. Makes recommendations based on findings from data to continuously improve campaigns
- Creates and continuously improves our company’s solution positioning and messaging across channels
- Works with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to surface compelling topics to communicate to the market while determining strategy to meet goals and tactics to reach target audiences
- Additional duties as assigned



- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, required; Marketing degree or other related field, preferred

- Five (5) or more years of hands on direct marketing experience with go to market research, campaigns, and reporting, required
- Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing communications and public relations, required
- Three (3) or more years developing, creating, owning and executing marketing collateral and campaign initiatives, required
- Business to Business (B2B) Marketing or Agency experience, preferred
- Experience in Technology or Professional Services verticals, preferred
- Experience in new market expansion initiatives, preferred

- Pragmatic Marketing Certification preferred

- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced experience with PowerPoint, required
- Prior experience with CRM, preferred
- Experience and basic capability with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), preferred
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, specifically HubSpot, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve process
- Agile work ethic and ability to work across marketing functions
- Ability to work collaboratively, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Successful track record supporting public relations and other awareness programs
- Works with and owns relationships with outsourced agencies, partners (especially Microsoft), and organization/event sponsorship
