We are growing rapidly and looking to hire an innovative, process-driven leader to transform our operations, logistics, and production capabilities. The position will be focused on driving continuous improvement across our entire supply chain, including inventory management, end-to-end processes, and hiring, scheduling and supervising our team. Additionally, this position will involve optimizing a high throughput production workflow and overseeing studio maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and organized candidate who is comfortable managing a budget, establishing realistic but aggressive goals, and driving accountability. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the production calendar, overseeing the hiring of all talent (contractors and FTE’s), and maintaining our studio equipment and premises in partnership with our engineers and support staff. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to proactively anticipate, surface, and solve any potential issues.

Your Role

• Identify process gaps and devise new solutions to manufacturing and workflow processes
• Ensure processes and procedures meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas
• Oversee inventory on hand and drive efficiencies in receiving and returns
• Identify optimal areas for technological automation & manage implementation plans
• Oversee operations calendar planning to support the content production schedule
• Establish best practices for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Develop a program to onboard and effectively manage freelance and FTE workers
• Understand equipment functionality and partner with engineers to plan for repairs and replacements
• Lead capacity and cost planning against live operations
• Manage rotations, responsibility, and management for 24/7 coverage
• Create KPI’s by work function related to studio operations and related, dependent, synergistic departments


• BA/BS Degree
• 10+ years’ administrative and management experience in a fast-paced, corporate or entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while meeting deadlines
• Impeccable attention to detail
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and outside parties
• Creative, efficient approaches to problem-solving
• Experience managing a large team
• Prior experience as a studio manager, studio engineer, manufacturing process engineer, and/or logistics manager is required
• Content creation industry experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma principles and certifications a plus
• History of progressive responsibility desired
